The Pesta Pulau Pinang Open Art Competition is here again! For you who do not know what is this all about, the Pesta Pulau Pinang Art Competition is an contemporary art competition open to visual artist since the mid 1990s. This event is in regards to the Pesta Pulau Pinang celebration which is held every year on December.
THEME:
"Lost in a Moment" Submit art that you interpret to be in line with this theme. We are open to BROAD interpretations and want to include a variety of views reflecting this theme.
PRIZE :
Major Prize : RM 8,000.00 x 1 winners
Minor Prize : RM 5,000.00 x 3 winners
Consolation: RM 1,000.00 x 5 winners
COMPETITION DATELINE:
There are two stages to the judging of the artwork. For the first round , all entries must reach us by 14th October 2011 in JPG format. The JPG images of the artwork must be submitted in a CD (Compact Disc). For the final round, the short-listed entries will be notified to submit their actual artwork for final judging .
AGE REQUIREMENT:
The age requirement is between 16 years to 40 years of age before 31st Dec 2011
